Marker rings
The flower marker rings are available in 2 sizes. Marker rings are used to mark plant which are cross pollinated, for seed production, whereby a different colour is applied per period. With correct application and registration, you can proceed phase-wise to harvest the ripe seeds/seedpods from the same crossing period on the basis of the colour coding. They are also used in vegetable seed cultivation in the seed production of tomato, cucumber, pepper, eggplants etc. In addition, they are also used in bedding plant seed cultivation as marking of castrated flowers
The main advantages of AMEVO flower marker rings are:
They are verry supple.
They are easy to hold.
They are quickly placed around the stem.
Breeding flags
Breeding or tagging flags are clearly visible flags that can easily be attached to plants because of its curly tail. Besides that, they can easily be written on. Ideal for tagging immature fruits to follow their fruit, particularly useful for growing sweet peppers. Conducting a random tagging of a number of immature fruits with a differently coloured flag every week makes it possible to keep track of fruit development and predict production more accurately. The breeding flags can also be used for propagation and seed production.
Breeding clamps
Breeding clamps are very small polystyrene clamps, just 25 mm in size. Also known as tagging clams, they can be used for colour markings in the propagation and selection of seeds. Available in metallic colours, while stocks last .
